Shattering Glass Ceilings

Too often, girls face stark inequalities and horrific injustices that prevent them from reaching their highest potential. To overcome, girls must discover and embrace their unique identity as early as possible. A day filled with self-discovery, emotional breakthrough, and unprecedented entrepreneurial access, girls will leave The Supernatural Girl event eternally changed.

This special one-day event is designed to teach, encourage, and strengthen young women between 8-18 years old. With high-impact activities, renowned instructors, and lunch surrounded by private jets, girls will leave feeling empowered to embrace their naturally-supernatural identity. Fueled by corporate sponsors, the “lunch & learns” are held executive airports and include motivational teachings from acclaimed entrepreneurs. The experience is designed to bring reality in to reach by “shattering the glass ceilings” over the hearts and minds of our young women.

Developed by Dr. Jason and Pastor Natalie Jackson, the Five Pillars of Power were created to address the core developmental needs of young women in the modern age. Based on the Five Pillars of Power, The Supernatural Girl Event will provide introductory teaching in the following areas:

I. Identity & Purpose: This Pillar develops the student’s understanding of their naturally-supernatural identity, unique qualities, and ability to navigate the different seasons of life.


II. Life SkillsEducation: This Pillar develops the student’s ability to fully-function in everyday life by attaining the essential skills required to communicate, manage resources, and positively contribute to their community.


III. Health & Wellness: This Pillar develops the student’s capacity to nurture their physical well-being through positive behaviors relating to nutrition, hygiene, exercise, and self-perceived body image.


lV. Business & Entrepreneurial Education: This Pillar develops the students’ ability to identify and create economic opportunities through understanding leadership, entrepreneurship, management, and critical thinking.


  V. Character Education: This Pillar develops the student’s emotional intelligence, self-management ability, and corresponding social skills to promote positive character development.


Peer pressure, images projected by media, substance abuse, sexuality, and many other topics present themselves in the daily lives of our young women. Now more than ever, girls need a strong moral, educational, spiritual and intellectual foundation to succeed. The Supernatural Girl Event arms young women with the emotional, spiritual, and intellectual tools needed to triumph!
